Before Registering...
Attorneys practicing in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina, including attorneys admitted pro hac vice, are required to file all documents electronically in accordance with Local Bankruptcy Rule 5005-1. (Documents to be placed under seal are exempt).

To receive a login and password for the court's electronic filing system, attorney filers must complete classroom training sessions conducted by court staff, or must have completed training in another district. If you have not attended a training class held at this or another federal court, then you must first register for a training class. Details of this training will be required during the registration process.
