Rules for Creditor Matrices
Warning: Not adhering to the rules below may cause

conventions apply to both names and addresses entered in the CM-ECF application
and names and addresses entered on creditor matrices.
Use upper and lower
case for all names and capitalize the first
letter in a proper noun.
