CM/ECF Release 3.2

Recently, Bankruptcy CM/ECF Release 3.2 was made available to the courts so that they can make preparations for its implementation. This release is being described as a large release with changes for internal judiciary employees and for the public. The Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina does not have an implementation date at this time, but is anticipating a late summer or early fall installation; a specific date will be issued later. Changes the public may notice when the court installs Release 3.2 are posted at http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/documents/cmecf/relnotes/bankruptcy_3.2.pdf on the PACER Service Center web site
