The court's procedure for the Disbursement of Postpetition Conduit Mortgage Payments and procedure for Post-Petition Attorneys' Fees go into effect on July 1, 2009. The Administrative orders and related Local Forms are posted for comment for 30 days. Please e-mail the court with comments. The Chapter 13 Trustees will discuss these Administrative Orders at the WDNC Bankruptcy Seminar on May 8, 2009, and at a workshop in Statesville on June 8, 2009.
