Per the attached order, the Charlotte Division of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of North Carolina, will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, August 24 and 25, 2020.   The Asheville Division office will be open and observing posted hours.  The Statesville Division office remains closed but a drop box is available in the courthouse lobby.
