The Electronic Drop Box is a tool that enables individuals who have submitted a bankruptcy petition package through our Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) system to upload the Declaration Regarding Electronic Filing (the "Declaration") for filing electronically in their bankruptcy case.   After the court reviews the uploaded document, it will be filed with the court and your case will be opened. 

NOTE: The Electronic Drop Box may be used to submit the Declaration and an Application for Individuals to Pay the Filing Fee in Installments or Application for Waiver of Chapter 7 Filing fee. The court will not accept any other documents through the Electronic Drop Box.

Are you eligible for Electronic Drop Box access?  

1. Have you already submitted the petition package to the court via eSR?
2. Do you have an Internet-enabled computer?
3. Can you save your document in PDF format?

If you answered yes to all questions, you are eligible to use the Electronic Drop Box.  

1. Complete the Declaration and the Application or Waiver.
2. Save the document as a PDF.
3. Attach the document.
4. Solve the security challenge and hit "Submit".
