- Tuesday, January 27 - Chapter 11s
- Thursday, January 29 - Chapter 7s
Calendars are posted on the monthly court calendar on the respective hearing date.

CHAPTER 7 HEARINGS
In 2026, Chapter 7 hearings are scheduled twice a month on Thursdays; however, some dates remain on Mondays. Please check the court's calendar to confirm the correct hearing date prior to filing Notices of Hearing.

REMINDER - SPECIAL SETTINGS
Attorneys are reminded that they must obtain a special setting for hearings that may take longer than 30 minutes by emailing your request to edwards_hearings@ncwb.uscourts.gov (link sends e-mail). Include all parties involved, the estimated hearing time, and a proposed scheduling time frame.
