Resumption of In-Person Hearings
In accordance with the General Order entered on March 21, 2022, beginning March 22, 2022, all Charlotte hearings will be held in-person. Charlotte hearings will be held on the second floor of the new wing of the Charles R. Jonas Federal Building. Participants should use the temporary 4th Street entrance and follow Court Security Officer instructions to find the appropriate second floor courtroom:
Judge Beyer – LTB Courtroom 2A
Judge Whitley – JCW Courtroom 2B
All Asheville hearings will resume in-person beginning April 5, 2022, and all Statesville hearings will resume in-person beginning April 8, 2022, and all Shelby hearings will resume in-person beginning April 29, 2022.
