Effective December 1, 2018, the Asheville Divisional Office will no longer accept payments received over the counter or by mail.  This includes cash, checks, money orders, certified funds, Chapter 11 quarterly fees, new petition filing fees and installment payments.  All required fees are to be directed to the main office in Charlotte, NC at the following address:

Funds tendered to the Charlotte office are required to be in the form of a certified check or money order in the exact amount required.  Do not send cash through the mail.  Failure to send the required fee promptly may result in dismissal of your case.

Attorney filers may also submit credit card payments by using Pay.gov
