CHARLOTTE MAY CHAPTER 7 HEARING DATE RESCHEDULED 

The Chapter 7 hearing date originally scheduled for Thursday, June 11, 2026, before Judge Ashley Edwards, will now be held on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

REMINDERS:

DISPOSITIONS: Please email hearing dispositions by 4:30 p.m. the day before the hearing. Receiving dispositions by this time greatly assists the Court with hearing preparation. Thank you.

SPECIAL SETTINGS: Attorneys are reminded that they must obtain a special setting for hearings that may take longer than 30 minutes by emailing your request to edwards_hearings@ncwb.uscourts.gov (link sends e-mail).  Include all parties involved, the estimated hearing time, and a proposed scheduling time frame.
