On January 24, 2020, the court convened the first meeting of the 2020 Local Rules Committee to begin the process of revising our local rules.  The committee plans to complete its work by publishing the revised rules for comment in mid-August and to formally adopt the revised rules on or about October 1.  Please send any suggested revisions to localrules@ncwb.uscourts.gov.
