The Asheville Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office will be temporarily closed until further notice.  A drop box has been provided at the location for emergency filings.  Please call the Charlotte office at 704-350-7500 when placing documents in the drop box to ensure timely processing.  Do not place payments, cash or checks in the drop box.  Mail all payments to the Charlotte office at 401 W. Trade Street, Suite 2500, Charlotte NC 28202.

Bankruptcy court hearings scheduled for August 2 and August 16 will be held telephonically.  Contact the court at 704-350-7500 for dial in information.  At this time, hearings are anticipated to take place in person in September.
