Beginning with the November 2025 hearing date, and going forward, hearings for all chapters in the Asheville division will take place on the third Tuesday of each month.  Chapter 7’s and Chapter 13’s will be heard at 9:30 a.m., and Chapter 11’s and Chapter 12’s will be heard at 10:30 a.m.  Chambers day will continue to take place on the first Tuesday of each month as well, with hearings beginning at 10:00 a.m.  Please see the court calendar for specific hearing dates.
