The Bankruptcy Court Clerk’s Office and Chambers in Charlotte will be closed on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, due to inclement weather.  The Asheville Chapter 11 and 12 hearings presided over by Judge Edwards will proceed forward on January 22, 2025, and conducted via Teams as originally scheduled.
