Beginning November 1, 2025, all Charlotte division Chapter 13 hearings should be noticed according to the following hearing times based on the debtor’s attorney:

  9:30:  Baron Groshon, Jeffrey Dalrymple, Damon Duncan, Pro Se Debtors
 
10:00:  Jack Lezman, and attorneys who do not otherwise have a scheduled time
 
10:30:  Kenneth Love, Chris Karrenstein 

11:00:  Barbara White, Kim Sheek

11:30:  Kimberly Best
 
  2:00:  Tom Kakassy, Vera Goudes, Matt Crow, Geoff Planer, Cole Hayes
 
  2:30:  Robert Prevost

 
If a debtor’s attorney does not have a specified time as set out above, the hearing should be noticed for 10:00 a.m. Pro se cases should be noticed for 9:30 a.m. Refer to the court calendar on the website for applicable hearing dates.

The Clerk’s Office will send a defective notice if hearings are not noticed for the correct hearing time.
