In response to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the United States and the Western District of North Carolina and to reduce the need for personal contact, the court has entered an Order Clarifying Local Rule 5005-1 and the Requirement to Obtain Debtors’ Original Signatures for Electronic Filing.
