By order of U.S. District Chief Judge Reidinger, the Charles R. Jonas Federal Courthouse will be closed on Monday, May 6, 2024.  This closing is to accommodate the memorial service for Deputy U.S. Marshal Tommy Weeks being held that morning.  

In light of this closure, all bankruptcy court hearings scheduled for Monday, May 6, are continued to Monday, May 20, at 9:30 a.m.  Should the parties have urgent matters requiring a hearing before May 20, please reach out to Chambers to seek a special setting for the same.

 The court would ask the case trustees to disseminate this information to any pro se or parties who have not previously announced an appearance or not registered for CM/ECF.
