Pending Changes in the Bankruptcy Forms effective October 1, 2020 and December 1, 2020

The Advisory Committee on Bankruptcy Rules has approved technical changes to correct the PACER website link in Official Forms 309A-I as well as a change to the instructions for Official Form 410A effective October 1, 2020.
Several Director’s Forms will be updated effective December 1, 2020. This update reflects an increase in administrative fees on the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule, Item 8, approved by the Judicial Conference in March 2020. The revised forms are set forth below:
