Modified Clerk's Office Hours

Please be advised that due to the Government Shutdown the Clerk's Office will be closing at 3:00pm each day instead of the standard 4:00pm in all locations. Drop boxes will be available for pro se filers if arriving outside of business hours. The eSR and CM/ECF programs will still be available. The Clerk’s Office will continue to open daily at 8:30am.

Please be advised that the Shelby hearing date originally scheduled for Friday, September 19, 2025, is rescheduled to Friday, September 12, 2025.
The Court will renotice any matters currently scheduled for September 19 to be heard on September 12.
