The court entered an administrative order (No. 925) on July 28, 2016 that adopts a new local form, Local Form 18.  Local Form 18 is a supplement to Director's Bankruptcy Form 4100R ("Response to Notice of Final Cure Payment").  Mortgage creditors using Form 4100R to respond to motions to deem mortgages current or paid in full can attach Local Form 18 to indicate whether a hearing is requested.
