On May 23, 2017, the Court approved an addendum to be filed by any investor asserting claims against or interests in the following entities in bankruptcy:  TSI Holdings, LLC; WSC Holdings, LLC; SouthPark Partners, LLC; and Sharon Road Properties, LLC (the “Siskey-Related Debtors”).  A copy of the addendum is available at:  https://tsiholdings.files.wordpress.com/2017/05/siskey-addendum-to-proof-of-claim-form.pdf . This addendum should be attached as a pdf file to a claim filed through https://ecf.ncwb.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/autoFilingClaims.pl.  The deadline for submitting claims against the Siskey-Related Debtors is August 23, 2017.
