The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina will be closed from 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2020 through Friday, December 25, 2020 in observance of the holidays.

Please be advised that due to the Government Shutdown the Clerk's Office will be closing at 3:00pm each day instead of the standard 4:00pm in all locations. Drop boxes will be available for pro se filers if arriving outside of business hours. The eSR and CM/ECF programs will still be available. The Clerk’s Office will continue to open daily at 8:30am.
