Please be advised that Judge Beyer’s July 28, 2021 Chapter 11 hearing date is cancelled. The Clerk’s office will send notices as to the rescheduled date for any hearings currently scheduled for July 28, 2021.

Please be advised that due to the Government Shutdown the Clerk's Office will be closing at 3:00pm each day instead of the standard 4:00pm in all locations. Drop boxes will be available for pro se filers if arriving outside of business hours. The eSR and CM/ECF programs will still be available. The Clerk’s Office will continue to open daily at 8:30am.
