- Monday, June 22 - Charlotte Hendren/25-40299 Special Setting at 9:30 a.m.;
- Tuesday, June 23 - Charlotte Chapter 11 Hearing at 9:30 a.m.;
- Wednesday, June 24 - Charlotte DBMP/20-30080 Special Setting at 2 p.m.;
- Thursday, June 25 - Charlotte Chapter 7 Hearing at 9:30 a.m.;
- Friday, June 26 - Shelby Chapter 7/13 Hearings at 9:30 a.m. and Chapter 11 Hearing at 9:30 a.m..
Calendars are posted on the monthly court calendar on the respective hearing date.

DISPOSITIONS: Please email hearing dispositions by 4:30 p.m. the day before the hearing. Receiving dispositions by this time greatly assists the Court with hearing preparation. Thank you.

In 2026, Chapter 7 hearings are scheduled twice a month on Thursdays; however, some dates remain on Mondays. Please check the court's calendar to confirm the correct hearing date prior to filing Notices of Hearing.
