The court recently completed the process of revising its Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina (the “Local Rules”) pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9029.  The court is now publishing the revised version of the Local Rules for a 30-day comment period.  The bar and general public can access the revised Local Rules via the link below, and any comments and/or suggestions should be sent to localrules@ncwb.uscourts.gov.  The 30-day comment period will conclude on August 16, 2021, and the court plans to adopt the Local Rules as revised effective September 1, 2021.
