Mon, 02/02/2026The 9:30 AM hearing before Judge Edwards will proceed as scheduled in Courtroom 2B. The 10:00 AM Asheville telephonic hearings will proceed as scheduled. Bankruptcy Clerk’s Offices will open on a delay at 10:30 AM.
