Effective December 1, 2018, the Asheville and Statesville Divisional Offices will no longer accept payments received over the counter or by mail.   This includes cash, checks, money orders, certified funds, Chapter 11 quarterly fees, new petition filing fees and installment payments.   All required fees are to be directed to the main office in Charlotte, North Carolina.    Click here for more details.
